| Shipping Policies |
- All orders are shipped the day we receive them!
- Most items in our catalog can be shipped UPS and pre-paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
- Complete body orders and a few large items (roofs, hoods, etc.) must ship by truck (Roadway, Yellow, CCX, etc.).
- Freight Costs range from $45 - $150. Please call for a guaranteed freight quote.
- All truck orders must be pre-paid by credit card or by mailing a certified check or money order in advanced.

| Return Policies |
- We will not accept returns after 30 days.
- We will not accept returns for special order parts or discontinued items.
- All returned parts must be unused and unchanged from their NEW CONDITION.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with your return.
- If you need to return a part, Please follow these steps:
- Call 1-757-857-5738 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday - Friday to get a "Return Goods Authorization Number" (RGA#).
- Write the RGA# on a copy of the original invoice and put inside the box.
- Repack the parts carefully in the original container to avoid damage.
- Ship freight prepaid to the shipping address below.
